If a customer is very unhappy with a product, or by the service furnished by a manufacturer, they’re most likely to want to refrain from purchasing from that company again. But they may well end up purchasing nearly the same and precise commercial washing machine with a different logo-entirely and get the same company service engineers in addition as the same commercial washing machine parts.
Eventually, most commercial washing machines are most likely to be made by just a handful of companies and as a matter of fact we aren’t that far off from this scenario already. However, there is small divergence between these makes these days and the maintenance work is carried out by the same engineers. These global companies normally keep the brand name for tactical marketing reasons. Examples of this are hoover and candy, who then were different companies, are now both owned by the candy group.
Similarly, hotpoint, creda and indesit are all owned by the same company and there isn’t an enormous divergence between these commercial washing machines either, with hotpoint being slightly better and offering more features. Many commercial washing machines are no longer made by the companies shown on the logo or they have been taken over by larger companies with a dissimilar ethos. In a way, it shouldn’t really matter who makes which brand but there is a concern that had better be considered. Note that these brands retain all their unique and firstborn discords and deviations but are just owned by a rival company and quite a few are nearly the same machine inside with different logos and trimmings.
